Northwest Neighbors Connecting at CHAI

Northwest Neighbors Connecting is about community cohesion, inter-generational activity, and relationship building. Our vision is to provide each other with the ability to live well in community in an ARRAY of ways. Each person who we meet has strengths, talents and skills as well as needs. Our hope is to tap into all of those.

Northwest Neighbors Connecting (NNC)

Mission and Vision: To create a self-sustaining village of interdependent, diverse, caring individuals who give and receive services supporting their ability to age in place and enhancing their physical, emotional and social well-being. We are a social network of members and volunteers, service-based committees, and partnerships with professionals, businesses and community organizations. We envision an interdependent, diverse community where all members support each other to age in good health.
