The Misson of Liberty Home Care and Hospice is to provide cost effective, quality services that will achieve optimal outcomes.
Our Hospice Services are provided in a cost effective manner by staff who value respect, honesty, loyalty, trust, and determination.
Looking for volunteer's that can provide support for our hospice patient's. Patient's are at home or either at a facility. If you can visit a patient once a week or four times a month then this would be for you. We do provide training which is online or if there is a group that would like to get involved we can do a group training. There is a application process and we require a background check. Come and support your community! We would love for you to spend some time with someone who really needs it and would benefit from it.
