Watts Gang Task Force Council

The primary purpose of this 501(c)(3) Corporation is to reduce gang violence, improve community safety, and enhance the quality of life for the residents of the Watts Community through advancing intervention programs, supporting re-entry from incarceration into the community, providing for family support, encouraging community and economic development, collaborating with relevant education and health programs (pre-school, early childhood development, family literacy, etc.), working with local governments and law enforcement agencies, and increasing the awareness of community safety and wellness initiatives.
