THE REAL WINGS INC

The Real Wings, Inc. was founded in 2012 to empower girls ages 10-15 with etiquette and life skills for personal and professional success. Originally serving Baltimore’s Westside, the program quickly expanded citywide, providing transportation to ensure all girls could participate. In 2020, Real Wings launched The G Boys Club to mentor boys ages 8-16, focusing on character, leadership, and positive growth.

Our goal is to build self-love, self-control, and self-confidence in youth through hands-on mentoring, workshops, and real-life experiences. Programs include etiquette training, communication skills, leadership development, public speaking, financial literacy, and personal growth.

Since its founding, Real Wings has mentored over 200 youth, partnering with schools, churches, and community organizations. Graduates have gone on to college, employment, and entrepreneurship, making Real Wings a recognized force in shaping confident, respectful, and empowered young leaders.
