The Pride Center of New Jersey, Inc.

The Pride Center of New Jersey (PCNJ) is an all-volunteer non-profit organization founded in 1994 dedicated to serving the LGBTQIA+ community. Its mission is to provide a safe and welcoming place for all in the LGBT community, including youth, to come for support, education/health education, and social opportunities to help grow in self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-esteem, in order to live a healthy and happy life with equality and social justice.

The organization provides comprehensive programming and activities to support its mission, including various support and social groups, health education sessions, free HIV testing, and a variety of fun activities such as comedy/open mic night, karaoke, movies, art shows, bowling, and more - all making for a vibrant LGBT community center with something going on almost every night of the week.

The Board of Trustees oversees programming and operation of the Center and provides strategic leadership to ensure it meets the changing and challenging needs of the community.
