Jonathan's Landing Foundation is dedicated to empowering adults with autism and other neurodiversities by creating a self-sustaining ecosystem that provides opportunities for a life of independence, purpose, and belonging. We are on a mission to build neuroinclusive communities and workplaces through innovative initiatives such as SkillCircuits, our Workforce Academy, and our first social enterprise in technology repair, Techtonic.

Through these interconnected programs, we create pathways to success, providing neurodiverse adults with the tools they need to thrive in both work and life. Our approach extends beyond local impact-we aim to be a global leader in neuroinclusion, sharing our research, programs, and innovations with communities worldwide.
