Our mission is simple: to rewrite the rules so they work for the many, not the few — through bold action, honest leadership, and a Working Families Bill of Rights that guarantees healthcare, childcare, education, housing, and a livable planet for all. Kallas for Congress is a people-powered campaign founded on the belief that no family should have to choose between medicine and groceries, a job and their child’s safety, or a paycheck and their health. We're led by Christ Kallas, a candidate who’s running to serve—not rule. Our campaign is about putting power back in the hands of working people and delivering real results: universal healthcare, secure elections, free access to trade schools, affordable housing, a clean environment, and true economic justice.
We work year-round to connect with voters in every part of the IL-08 district — knocking doors, hosting listening sessions, and showing up in union halls, churches, and community centers. Our platform is clear and uncompromising: seven guarantees to ensure that American families aren’t bled dry while billionaires rig the rules.
