Tri-Valley CITIZENS CLIMATE EDUCATION
Missão
Citizens’ Climate Education (CCE) is a nonpartisan grassroots advocacy organization that empowers individuals to educate key stakeholders, policymakers, and the general public about effective solutions to climate change. By training and mobilizing a powerful coalition of climate advocates, CCE builds political will for long-lasting climate solutions.
Sobre Nós
We are the Tri-Valley chapter for Citizens' Climate Education, focused on building respectful relationships with leaders and members of our community, supporting student climate change actions, and empowering individuals to mobilize for our planet. We seek community partners to share information through Zoom presentations, our Wild and Scenic Film Festival, and events such as EarthWeek Tri-Valley and Youth Summits. Members serve on the Livermore and Pleasanton Climate Action Plan Advisory Committees and many other local environmental organizations. We are especially interested in climate solutions outreach to schools, faith groups, and businesses.
