The mission of Augustana Care Corporation is to serve God by fostering fullness of life for the elderly and other people in need through the provision of health care housing and other services in a Christian environment.

Augustana Chapel View Care Center is a 128 bed facility which provides long term care and rehabiliation services to the elderly. We value individuality and independence and strive to provide a fostering environment for our residents. We provide a variety of acitivites and other leisure pursuits to participate during the length of one's stay.
