Earle Baum Center of the Blind

The mission of the Earle Baum Center of the Blind is to provide opportunities for persons who are blind or visually imaired to improve and enrich their personal, socila and economic lives.

The Earle Baum Center of the Blind (EBC) is a regional training and community center, serving persons who are blind and visually impaired throughout Northern California. The EBC,opened on October 1, 1999 provides instruction in the following areas: Daily Living Skills, Orientation & Mobility and Assistive Technology. In addition, the Center offers a wide range of sports, recreational and social opportunities.
