Maryland Future Business Leaders of America

The mission of FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) is to "inspire and prepare students to become community-minded business leaders in a global society". This is achieved by bringing business and education together through leadership and career development programs. FBLA aims to develop competent business leaders, strengthen student confidence, create interest in American business, and facilitate the transition from school to work.

We serve students from 5th grade through the final year of college.
