The mission of the Community Leadership Institute is to engage, educate and model change through justice seeking and accountable leadership practices focusing primarily on cultivating action and peace. We know that this process must be intrinsically connected to how we do our work, how we use our power and privilege to organize and how we are changing and growing from the inside out.

The Community Leadership Institute applies a holistic approach to impacting social change. We believe that when we have the skills and support in our beliefs and ideas to empower ourselves we can embrace change in our communities. By supporting progress in local communities we aim to spur global social change.
