SICIL’s mission is to provide individuals with disabilities with the information, life skills training, and facilitative assistance, which will result in independence and integration in their own community.

SICIL is committed to providing the support, information, and resources necessary for people with disabilities to reach their full potential. Annually we assist approximately thirteen hundred individuals with all types of disabilities and their families.
