Pragat Foundation is a global youth-led nonprofit committed to advancing economic and social justice through translation. By creating inclusive, multilingual educational resources, our organization works to break down linguistic barriers to education that disproportionately affect the non-English speaking world. Through our translations, we empower communities while decolonizing access to life-changing education on economic and social rights.

Pragat Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering communities through effective translation. We provide translation services and rely on volunteers of all ages who can write in languages other than English. Volunteers virtually earn community service hours for their contributions, which can enhance their resumes and college applications. Our main program involves translation assignments, where volunteers receive 1 hour of service for every 200 words translated. We source information from credible organizations like the World Bank and official government documents. By partnering with local nonprofits, we distribute translated materials to underserved communities globally, focusing on topics like financial literacy to guides on achieving gender equality in the workplace to help improve livelihoods and inspire community pride. We welcome volunteers from all ages, backgrounds and locations to join us in making a difference!
