Wellness Foundation is a 16 year old nonprofit organization that offers online and in-person programs and resources to help people strengthen live healthier lives. In particular, we help children and adults prevent and reverse chronic disease while simultaneously minimizing their footprint on the planet. Our scientifically-based approach emphasizes:
· Adoption of a plant-based diet
· Eating for a healthy microbiome
· Integrating exercise that will boost metabolism
