The practices we share with you are the practices we use, and we know they work because we live them. The purpose of Spirit Central is to learn about and teach a way of life that focuses on awareness, inspiration and intention. We offer a process for reconnecting you with your passions and joy for living and for work. We have an opportunity to live in community while learning to acknowledge our truths and behaviors.
