Missão
We serve as somewhat of a triage center and ministry center for this at risk population in our city. We are helping the Poor, Homeless, Marginalized & Forgotten in Old Town Arvada, CO
Sobre Nós
Homelessness in Arvada has many faces. They are all people who we believe are not discards of society, but who are loved by God and need people to walk with them to either help them now or give guidance when they are ready.
The Rising Church is the hub of homelessness in Arvada. We serve hot breakfast and lunch daily - Monday through Friday during the months of September-May. Summer hours for the Day Shelter, June - August, Tuesday-Thursday 9:00-1:00. We also provide love and encouragement and give them a place to give back to their community. Our food bank which currently serves about 8,000 people a year.We are not a wealthy church, and seek the support of the community to help us with this ministry.
