IBC is an emerging NGO, founded to help alleviate human suffering, hunger,illiteracy among all people regardless of nationality, ethnicity, race,colour,social origin, religion, belief,political opinion,gender, sexual orientation,genetic or physicul features.

IBC acts with imparitiality inthe belief that all people are created equal and have the right to life with dignity, the right to shelter, food, health care, education and proper standards of living.

IBC implements emergency relief as well as social and economic development projects in Turkey, the Balkans, Caucasus and the Middle East.

While designing and implementing projects, IBC takes into account the needs of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged groups, pays attention to improving women's positions in society and respects the cultural texture and environment.
