Somerville Community Access Television

Somerville Community Access Television, a non-profit, community based organization founded in 1983, is Somerville's community media center. SCATV provides people who live or work in Somerville with the resources to communicate with each other through cable TV and online channels. SCATV offers media production training, innovative tools, resources and support to our members in order to foster freedom of speech. With over 30,000 subscribing households, SCATV's membership, like Somerville's population, reflects racial, ethnic, cultural, economic and linguistic diversity.
