The Brownsvilles Multi-Service Family Health Center(BMS)provides and promotes integrative and high quality medical, dental, and social services to enable every individual and family in the communities it serves to achieve total health.

BMS’s efforts and successes have received industry recognition. In addition to Joint Commission accreditation, BMS has achieved designation as a Level III Patient Centered Medical Home, the highest level possible. We have also earned National Committee for Quality Assurance(NCQA) recognition for excellence in the delivery of Diabetes care, and have achieved Meaningful Use attestation, signifying excellence in the use of Health Information Technology (Electronic Health & Dental Records and Practice Management).
