We provide treatment services to adolescents and post-adolescents between the ages of 16-24 who meet criteria for substance abuse. We utilize the GAIN (Global Assessment of Individual Needs) as our assessment tool. We utilize the GAIN's personalized feedback report to tailor interventions and provide case management for ongoing support. Our program tracks youth for a year, at which point we will make all necessary referrals.
