Help maintain the serene and welcoming environment surrounding Mitchell House by assisting with landscaping, yardwork, and flower planting. Our residents and their families find peace in the beauty of our outdoor space — and you can be part of that gift.
Whether you enjoy gardening, weeding, or working with your hands in the fresh air, your time and care will have a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planting and maintaining seasonal flowers and planters
- Weeding flower beds and mulch areas
- Watering flowers and plants
- Trimming shrubs, bushes, and small tree branches (as appropriate)
- Raking leaves or removing debris
- Mowing (optional, depending on equipment and preference)
- Cleaning up walkways, porches, or outdoor benches
- Assisting with minor outdoor repair or landscaping projects
- Alerting staff of any safety or repair concerns on the property
