Pride in Our Workplace (PIOW) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing LGBTQIA+ inclusion and belonging in workplaces across Boston, Massachusetts, and beyond. By empowering LGBTQIA+ professionals, fostering equitable workplace cultures, and connecting businesses with the tools to drive meaningful change, PIOW is at the forefront of creating safer, more inclusive spaces where everyone can thrive.

• Event Planning & Logistics: Help organize and execute events that engage our community, such as networking mixers, educational panels, and conferences.
• Communications & Marketing: Assist with social media, email campaigns, graphic design, or content creation to amplify our mission.
• Fundraising & Development: Support grant writing, sponsorship outreach, or donor engagement efforts to sustain our programs.
• Administrative Support: Help behind the scenes with data entry, WordPress website maintenance, HubSpot support, project coordination, and more.
• Subject-Matter Expertise: Share your knowledge on DEI, leadership, or advocacy through speaking engagements.
