Hunterdon Land Trust has 9 preserves across the county that we steward for ecological diversity and public access. We're always excited to work with the specific interests of volunteers, so if you have ideas about projects you'd like to work on, always reach out! Learn more about HLT preserves here.
About this Event:
Help get the meadows at Dvoor ready for prime time! We'll be checking tree tubes for winter mortality, swapping some out for cages to allow for greater growth, and removing invasives around them. We'll also explore and work on the meadow that was winter seeded in December to see what plants have started coming up. Bring work gloves if you have them.
Be sure to wear good boots and dress for the weather. You're welcome to bring your own work gloves, pruners, or other hand tools, but we'll have plenty to loan. If you have any questions, please reach out to Sarah at sarah@hunterdonlandtrust.org
Look forward to meeting you out there!
