Descrição
Compassus Hospice Volunteers work in their own community and at their own schedule. Non-medical volunteers invest their talents and skills to improve the lives of our patients, their families, and our staff.
Volunteers are able to:
- Visit patients at home or in a community setting
- Provide caregiver relief
- Make phone calls to check on patients and caregivers
- Administratively assist
- Provide emotional, spiritual, and bereavement support
- Share time with a veteran
- ANGEL - Alliance of neighbors giving end-of-life support
