The CBWNI Grace & Elegance International Debutante Ball celebrates 30 remarkable young women as they embark on a journey of leadership, education, and self-confidence through our comprehensive mentorship program. We provide etiquette training, financial literacy workshops sponsored by Truist Bank, and community service opportunities to prepare them for success in life. We are seeking volunteers to assist with the following roles during the event:
- Set-Up Crew: Early arrival for venue prep.
- Registration Managers + Greeters: Set up check-in and welcome stations.
- Debutante Managers + Gentleman Escort Managers: Supervise students’ readiness and stage flow.
- Floaters: Support dinner service, seating, and address guest questions.
- Breakdown Crew: Stay after event to dismantle and clean up.
