Bring a Smile to a Senior! - Hospice Volunteers Needed!

Are you compassionate, a good listener, and comfortable with older people? If yes, Caring Hospice Services is looking for you!

Join our team of trained volunteers, RN case managers, Social Workers, Chaplains and aides. You would offer non-medical support to patients and their families by becoming a regular, friendly visitor.

• Caring Hospice Services of Central Jersey is looking for Hospice Volunteers to spend just a few hours each week and/or month providing companionship and warm support to hospice patients and their families in Ocean County.

You can sit and read a book, watch a movie, or play cards. You can share your musical talents by singing or playing guitar. You can assist with daily activities such as Bingo or puzzles.

We provide all the training you need, and we can work around your schedule!

Patient visitor opportunities are available in private homes, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.

This is also a great opportunity for college nursing, pre-med and/or social work students looking to gain more experience. Must be 16 or older to participate in patient companionship!
