Make phone calls to our financial donors to say "Thank You." You will NOT be asking for more, just a thank you! Maybe just ask a question about why they donate or open it up for them to tell a story if they have one. Make an impact showing our donors how much they make a difference!
You will have a script:
- Leave message on answering service
- Reach real person and what to say!
There will be an EXCEL Spreadsheet for you to record when you called, outcome (left message, or if a person what they said), responses, questions, etc.
You will need to come to a center and use a BBD phone, or you could call from home if you have a quiet space and are okay using your own phone number.
We are excited for this pilot role to see the outcome and give the donors a real person (not a BOT) phone call and experience.
