Did you know there are many neighbors near you who struggle to upkeep their yards due to age or disability and cannot afford to pay for services? You and your team can come show them there is community that cares. Meet someone who needs your help lift yard care from their shoulders.
Volunteer Services, a program of Catholic Community Services, assists low-income older adults and adults living with disabilities. Volunteers can provide assistance with light housecleaning, transportation, grocery shopping, home repair, and yard care. With a little help from volunteers, clients can continue to live independently in their homes.
Due to the vulnerable population we serve, volunteers must complete an application form, pass a Washington State Patrol check and attend an orientation.
