    About Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow (EOT)

Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow (EOT) is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit empowering the next generation of Black, Brown, and underrepresented youth to build businesses, create economic opportunity, and solve real-world problems.

Through our flagship programs—EOT Labs (Youthpreneur Incubator) and EOTUniversity—we combine entrepreneurship, workforce development, and mentorship to prepare students for college, careers, and ownership.

    About the Youthpreneur Fellowship

The Youthpreneur Fellowship is a competitive, cohort-based entrepreneurship incubator for high school and early college students ready to turn ideas into real businesses.

Fellows move through a structured journey—Plan → Build → Grow—while working alongside mentors, industry professionals, and a national community of young founders.

    This is not a class.

    This is a builder environment.

By the end of the program, Fellows will:

    • Launch or significantly advance a business or venture
    • Develop a real business model and go-to-market strategy
    • Pitch in front of industry leaders and judges
    • Compete for funding and awards at our national showcase

    Program Structure

Phase 1: PLAN (July – August)

    • Idea validation & problem-solution fit
    • Customer discovery & market research
    • Business model development (lean canvas)
    • Brand identity & storytelling fundamentals
    • Weekly workshops + mentor sessions

Phase 2: BUILD (September – October)

    • Product/service development
    • Marketing, branding, and content strategy
    • Financial fundamentals & pricing
    • Operations & execution planning
    • Mentor Blitz: rapid-fire feedback from industry experts

Phase 3: GROW (November – December)

    • Traction building (users, revenue, partnerships)
    • Pitch refinement & storytelling
    • Investor/donor readiness
    • Final presentation preparation

Pitch For Ya Life (PFYL) – Final Showcase

The Fellowship culminates in Pitch For Ya Life (PFYL)—EOT’s flagship national pitch competition and live event held on Giving Tuesday.

    At PFYL, Fellows will:

    • Pitch their business live (or virtually) to a panel of industry judges
    • Compete for grant funding and awards
    • Gain exposure to sponsors, creatives, and business leaders
    • Be featured in EOT’s national network and media content

    Awards may include:

    • Cash grants (e.g., $1,000 – $5,000+)
    • Mentorship opportunities
    • Internship or partnership opportunities
    • Creative and brand development support
