Veterans helping veterans (Wexford, Cranberry and surrounding areas)

Allegheny Health Network Healthcare@Home Hospice is looking for veterans to help other veterans and their family by visiting with them or making phone calls to them. We offer a flexible time commitment from our volunteers based on the needs of the patient and the availability of the volunteer. We provide a thorough training so that you will feel comfortable and confident in your role as a volunteer with us. We pay for all the required background checks and medical testing. We also give you all the necessary personal protective equipment to keep you and the patient safe during visits.
