Volunteer Opportunity

We are seeking passionate volunteers who enjoy problem-solving, tinkering with apps, and building smart automations. As a volunteer Automation Builder, you will help us design and connect workflows that power our recruitment system. No professional coding experience is required—just curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn.

Your Contributions (What You’ll Do):

• Build Workflows in n8n → Create and maintain automated processes to support our recruitment engine.
• Connect AI Models → Use n8n to connect AI tools (like OpenAI or Gemini) that perform tasks such as screening resumes or generating responses.
• Create “AI Agents” → Help design connected workflows such as:
• Scout Agent: Finds new applicants through forms.
• Analyst Agent: Screens résumés using AI and scores them.
• Communicator Agent: Sends automated, personalized follow-up emails.
• Coordinator Agent: Alerts the HR team on Slack about top candidates.
• Integrate Apps → Link tools like Google Sheets, Slack, email, and social media into one smooth system.
• Experiment & Learn → Explore new automation features and test improvements to make processes smarter.

Who We’re Looking For (Ideal Volunteer):

• You are passionate about automation and love making manual tasks disappear.
• Experience with n8n (or similar tools like Zapier, Make, etc.) is a plus.
• You are logical and able to break down big problems into smaller steps.
• You are curious, resourceful, and enjoy finding creative solutions.
• You are excited about AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
• You are a self-learner who can use tutorials, blogs, or forums to figure things out.
