🌿 Volunteer Opportunity with Agape Hospice Care – Cartersville 🌿
Are you looking for a meaningful way to give back to your community?
Agape Hospice Care is seeking compassionate volunteers to provide companionship to our patients in the Cartersville area.
Whether you’re a college student needing volunteer hours, an empty nester, retired, or simply someone who enjoys helping others — this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
💜 No healthcare experience required.
Our volunteers do not provide hands-on care — just heartfelt companionship. Spend time talking, reading, coloring, watching TV, or simply being present with our terminally ill patients.
Volunteer Requirements:
- Complete an application
- Consent to a background check (we cover the cost)
- TB test (we cover the cost)
- Complete 9 training modules
- Attend an in-person orientation
Just one hour per week can make a world of difference — and you’ll become an integral part of our caring team.

We are an "in-home" hospice so we go where our patients live, be it a private home, memory care, assisted living, nursing home. There is travel involved.
