Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote/Unpaid Volunteer):

This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and contribute to making a significant impact on individuals' lives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (posting job ads, screening applications, conducting interviews, candidate selection)
• Source applicants through various mediums including cold outreach, social media, and headhunting
• Collaborate with committee members to discuss talent needs.
• Attend weekly TA meetings on Wednesdays at 8pm (EST)

Qualifications:

• Any experience or studies relating to Talent Acquisition or Human Resources is an asset
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
