Owen Beach is a very special place, and this is a great opportunity to lend your helping hands to keep it weed-free!
Your help to remove weeds and other unwanted invasive species will go a long way toward ensuring the health of the plants. Earn community service hours, have fun outside, and give back to this great place while improving your park!
- All ages and abilities welcome
- Work party will happen rain or shine
- All tools and training will be provided

What to Bring
Bring a water bottle, snack and gardening gloves if you have them (we’ll have spares).
Where to Meet
Please meet at the Owen Beach entrance (Get directions).
Where to Park
Free parking is available in the parking lot in front of Owen Beach.
Youth Participant Waiver
If you are under 18 and attending the event without a parent or guardian, please come to the event with our Youth Participant Waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
