    Volunteers are prepared with 12 hours of training, must complete a background check and drug screening, be tested for TB (tuberculosis) and be over the age of 18.

    If you are searching for a way to positively influence the lives of others, you belong here. Hospice volunteers are a valuable part of our team. Volunteers provide companionship at a patient's bedside to running errands. Ways to be involved include, holding a hand, listening, reading or singing as well as running errands or perform light housekeeping. Volunteering takes no advanced training or great commitment. All hospice volunteers are given assignments that best suit their time, skills and interests. Companionship volunteers must be over the age of 18, complete background check and drug screening as well as complete TB testing.
