Position Summary

The Volunteer Director of Programs & Community Engagement leads the planning and coordination of TSW's leadership programs, workshops, mixers, and community engagement initiatives. This role helps create meaningful experiences for participants while fostering strong relationships with members, volunteers, speakers, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate TSW's virtual and in-person programs, workshops, and special events.
• Recruit, engage, and support volunteers, participants, and speakers.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners and organizations.
• Help increase participation and member engagement across TSW initiatives.
• Evaluate programs and recommend improvements to enhance the participant experience.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in program management, event planning, volunteer coordination, or community engagement.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Comfortable leading multiple initiatives in a collaborative environment.
• Passionate about creating meaningful experiences that elevate wives and women.
