World Water Solutions (WWS) — a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Hawaii — is reactivating its mission to deliver clean water and sustainable agriculture to communities in Hawaii and Africa.
We’re seeking a motivated and organized Executive Secretary to support our Founder and leadership team in day-to-day communications, scheduling, and project coordination. This is a volunteer position that may transition into a compensated role once fiscal sponsorships are secured.
Responsibilities:
Manage WWS communications, emails, and meeting schedules
Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and follow-ups
Organize project documents and timelines (Google Drive)
Support correspondence with partners, media, and grant writers
Assist in coordinating Hawaii and Africa project updates
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Comfortable with Google Workspace and remote collaboration
Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
Able to commit 5–10 hours per week for at least 3 months
Passionate about sustainability, humanitarian work, or nonprofit service
Location: Remote or Big Island, Hawaii
