→ Joint Outreach Initiatives (JOI) is a Sri Lanka–based youth-led digital empowerment platform uplifting underserved girls, women, and youth through leadership, emotional intelligence, and STEM education.
→ We’re looking for passionate volunteers to join us as mentors, facilitators, content creators, and program coordinators for our online learning initiatives.
→ Volunteers will support program delivery, mentor students, co-create learning materials, or contribute to digital content, communications, and community engagement.
→ All programs are fully online and flexible, designed to help volunteers gain hands-on experience in facilitation, project management, and nonprofit collaboration.
→ Ideal volunteers are youth advocates, educators, creatives, or tech enthusiasts who value inclusivity, teamwork, and meaningful social impact.
→ Be part of a movement empowering 500+ young women and youth through digital learning by 2026.

Applicants are encouraged to share a brief note or work sample that reflects their skills or interests (e.g., writing, design, facilitation, or project experience).
After reviewing applications, shortlisted candidates will be invited for a short virtual discussion to learn more about their goals and match them with suitable JOI programs.
Once confirmed, volunteers will receive an orientation guide and onboarding support from the JOI coordination team.
