Information Specialist at Boettcher Mansion

Summary of Position

Support Jeffco Parks & Open Space by answering inquiries and providing information and historic education to Boettcher Mansion visitors.

Duties

Staff Welcome Desk, answer phone, assist visitors

Guide tours and provide historical information

Assist with office duties

Assist with special event preparation

Requirements

Commitment to JCPOS mission

Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

Purchase and wear JCPOS volunteer uniform while volunteering

Prior experience in customer service , office operations, and Microsoft Office helpful

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with interruptions

Volunteers must abide by JCPOS Park Regulations and established volunteer policies and procedures outlined in the JCPOS Volunteer Handbook
