Graphic Designer / Canva Specialist (Thrive Together Well-being Initiative)

Purpose:

Create branded, accessible, neurodivergent-friendly visual assets that elevate workshops, reports, and participant communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design presentation decks, infographics, social media assets, and branded templates.
• Create visuals that support workshop accessibility (contrast, layout, readability).
• Maintain consistency with the Thrive Together brand and aesthetic.

Skills & Strengths:

• Strong sense of visual design and inclusive layout.
• Understanding of accessibility in design.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Canva (required); Adobe Suite is a bonus.
• Familiarity with visual branding and the Copyright Act is helpful.

Time Commitment: 8 - 10 hours weekly

Reports To: Founding Director (Kai) and Engagement & Communications Lead.
