To serve as chairman in meetings of the Board of Directors and in all

meetings of the membership.

Give administrative guidance and direction to the structure and programming of the Association. 2. Work with Association officers and District Contacts in coordinating their efforts in carrying out the organization's objectives and programs.

Meeting Management: Presides over general membership and board meetings, prepares agendas, and enforces rules of order.Leadership & Direction: Provides administrative guidance, ensures the organization meets its objectives, and helps set both short- and long-term goals.

Conflict Resolution: Mediates internal disputes and ensures operations run smoothly

provides leadership and in conjunction with the board of directors is responsible for carrying out the duties of the association as required by statute and the association's governing documents, and serves as the official spokesperson for the board and the association.
