About the Role

Creshendo is an early-stage, global nonprofit working with migrant and refugee communities across storytelling, integration, and economic mobility.

We are looking for an Editorial and Research Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our research and publishing work.

This role ensures that ideas move forward, contributors stay aligned, and content reaches publication. You will support the systems that turn research and program insights into clear, consistent outputs.

This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys organizing moving parts, working across teams, and helping creative and analytical work come together.

What You’ll Do

1.Editorial Operations

• Track content from idea to publication
• Maintain draft timelines, deadlines, and publishing schedules
• Support formatting and final preparation of content

2.Contributor Coordination

• Coordinate internal contributors across teams
• Support onboarding of external writers where needed
• Maintain clear communication across contributors

3.Workflow Support

• Maintain tracking systems for content and deadlines
• Support the publishing calendar and monthly cadence
• Help ensure consistency and follow-through across the team

4.Cross-Team Coordination

• Gather inputs from Integration, Storytelling, and M&E teams
• Help ensure information flows smoothly into the publishing process

Who You Are

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and timelines
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Clear communicator who follows through
• Interested in research, storytelling, or social impact
• Comfortable working in an early-stage environment

Time Commitment

• Volunteer role
• Estimated 5–8 hours per week
