Position Summary

The Vice President of Projects oversees special projects and organizational initiatives from planning through completion. This role helps keep projects organized, on schedule, and aligned with the mission and goals of Pretty With Purpose.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee organizational projects and initiatives.
• Develop project timelines, goals, tasks, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with leadership, volunteers, staff, and community partners to complete projects.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to organizational leadership.
• Identify potential challenges and help develop solutions to keep projects on track.
• Organize project-related documents, materials, and information.
• Assist with coordinating events, campaigns, fundraisers, and special initiatives.
• Ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Identify new project opportunities that support the organization’s mission.
• Perform additional project-related duties and special assignments as directed by the President/Executive Director.
