As a member of our Board of Directors, you will: - Play a vital role in launching a nonprofit that will directly serve vulnerable children and families. - Use your skills and network to build a lasting community resource. - Shape the future of The Wrapped in Love Project as we move toward filing for 501(c)(3) status, opening our mobile foster closet, and creating a physical space for families. - Be part of a legacy of love, hope, and impact.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking individuals who bring: - Passion for supporting children and families. -

Expertise in areas such as finance, law, fundraising, marketing, education, social work, or community leadership. - A willingness to actively participate in board meetings, committees, and events. - Connections to community, businesses, or organizations that can help further our mission.

Board Member Responsibilities

• **Governance**: Ensure compliance with bylaws, IRS guidelines, and ethical nonprofit practices.

- **Fundraising & Advocacy**: Assist with fundraising efforts, donor cultivation, and

community outreach. - **Commitment**: Attend board meetings (quarterly), serve on at least one committee, and participate in major events.

- **Contribution**: Make a meaningful

financial contribution each year (amount based on personal ability). - **Ambassadorship**:

Represent and promote The Wrapped in Love Project in the community.
