Event Manager for the Spot - a Brooklyn space

The Seeds in the Middle Commuity Action Spot is at 318 Rogers Avenue at the corner of Montgomery Ave. in Brooklyn - PLG -Crown Heights.

We use downstairs to refrigerate our fresh produce that we use for our community run farm stands in low-income food insecure neighborhoods.

We have a beautiful street level space to rent either for private people to use or we want to create events ourselves that can help us pay the rent to keep the space. It's about 700 square feet with exposed brick walls and floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides because it is in a corner building.

Seeking someone who can arrange for community events, pop-up shops, performance, run a Saturday farm market pop up or playspace or any other ideas. We have a smart screen so can view movies and speaker system for music or karaoke... the space is also perfect for exercise like zumba or pilates and we have yoga mats, too.

We welcome entrepreneurs who can make money for themselves while making money for the charity.
