Program Development Manager

Open Frontiers Academy is seeking a motivated and organized Program Development Manager to lead the development of new educational programs and oversee a growing team of Program Development Coordinators.

The Program Development Manager will play an important leadership role in transforming Open Frontiers Academy's mission into practical, sustainable, measurable, and grant ready programs. This individual will supervise and guide Program Development Coordinators who will research, design, and propose new programs in different areas.

The Manager will review program concepts, provide guidance to coordinators, help establish organizational program development standards, and ensure proposed programs are realistic, clearly structured, and suitable for implementation and potential grant funding.
