Healing Hearts Program Coordinator

The Healing Hearts Program Coordinator works directly under the supervision of the Clinical Director and is responsible for coordinating and supporting programs that promote emotional wellness, healing, support, and connection within the community.

The Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for program participants, volunteers, and community partners; assists with planning and implementing Healing Hearts activities and events; and helps connect participants with appropriate community resources and support services.

The Coordinator works closely with the Clinical Director to ensure that program activities are delivered in a professional, compassionate, confidential, and trauma-informed manner and remain consistent with organizational policies, clinical guidance, and the mission of the Healing Hearts Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly under the supervision and direction of the Clinical Director.
• Coordinate Healing Hearts programs, activities, workshops, and support services.
• Assist with participant intake, engagement, scheduling, and follow-up as directed.
• Support community outreach and participant engagement.
• Maintain accurate and confidential program documentation.
• Coordinate volunteers and community partners as assigned.
• Communicate participant needs or concerns to the Clinical Director in a timely manner.
• Assist the Clinical Director with program planning, evaluation, and improvement.
• Connect participants with appropriate resources and services as directed.
• Maintain professional boundaries and protect participant confidentiality.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and program development activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Clinical Director that support the goals and mission of the Healing Hearts Program.
