The most unforgettable moment of the Special Olympics Winter Games is when athletes step onto the podium to receive their hard-earned medals and ribbons and YOU can be part of that magic! Do you have a group of individuals that can fulfill the roles of Awards Ceremony Volunteers?

What You’ll Do:

As an Awards Ceremony Volunteer, you’ll work with a team to organize and present awards, ensuring every athlete gets the recognition they deserve in a memorable, celebratory atmosphere that follows Special Olympics protocol.

Time Commitment:

• Event Weekend: Sunday, February 8th - Tuesday, February 10th

Location:

• App Ski Mountain (Blowing Rock) & Watauga Recreation Center (Boone)
• Assigned sport/location subject to change based upon venue/volunteer needs.

Desired Group Size: 8 - 12
