TAMH has a research team that is concerned with unearthing new information about topics influencing the mental health of teenagers in respects to five main pillars being: Connection, The internet, Expectations, Status and Culture and lastly Life. The work of the project managers would be to innovate, implement (at both community and global level, both remotely and in person) and manage any schemes, campaigns, programs and initiatives aimed at resolving issues within these pillars based on the research we will be doing.

Applicants must:
- State reason for wanting to join TAMH
- Outline any prior experience with this type of work (this is optional so kindly apply even if you have no prior experience)
- Choose any one of the five pillars mentioned above and formulate any project, campaign that would address prevalent issues amongst teens within those pillars, complete with implementation strategies
